She’s all I could ever want…
I have a reputation around school. Cold. Untouchable. Unfeeling. Only one girl could ever make me want to change and that’s Amanda Winters. Too bad I broke her heart and drove her away.
So to get through the rest of my days in high school, I tell myself I need to focus on more important things. Like taking our football team to championships. Get accepted to the college of my choice. And finish my senior year without wanting to run away from my problems.
But your problems chase after you no matter where you go. And it’s a lot harder when you fight them alone. The longer I go without Amanda, the more I miss her. Her smile. Her laughter. The things she said. How she looked at me like I was the only person who mattered. The way she made me feel…
Why can’t I have everything, including the girl? I’m determined to make things right. And make Amanda mine…
The feeling you get when you finish the last book in a series that you absolutely loved from the very start. Sigh… I’m thrilled because I LOVED it, but feel a sense of loss too. These characters have my heart and I’m not ready to say goodbye.
Hopefully Monica Murphy will feel bad for all of us having withdrawals and maybe write a few spinoffs to make us feel better!!
I adored the Forever series. It’s young love at its finest and it brought back so many memories—ones you wish you could experience for the first time and others, well not so much.
We’re back with Jordan Tuttle and Amanda Winters, and Forever picks up right where More Than Friends left off. This couple is by far one of my all time favorites. They make me swoon and melt and with the way Ms. Murphy writes the scenes, I swear they’re so crystal clear and perfectly described, you feel as if you’re living the book.
Tuttle and Amanda have had some major roadblocks to overcome including Jordan’s ability to open up and let Amanda in. I don’t wanna give anything away, but WOW he has some major groveling to do.
“He’s damaged and emotionally studded, yet he’s also smart and see and quick to react and…
I miss him. I want him.”
God, I love these two. I loved the teenage angst and the push and pull. My heart was hurting for Amanda and Tuttle—I didn’t want the story to end, yet I couldn’t wait to find out how things would turn out.
“I’ll go even lower if I have to. Hold you down, tie you up, whatever it takes to convince you that I mean it. That I want to fight for you. That I want—you.”
I FREAKIN LOVE TUTTLE!! #CuddleWithTuttleFoever #TuttleIsBae #eightisgreat
We hear from Livvy too, and God I wanna smack that girl sometimes lol. She gives me whiplash in a good way! The other supporting characters are once again so fantastic, I truly hope Ms. Murphy gives us more from this great group of characters.
I ADORE this series!! It is a perfect mix of first love, teenage heartache and I need MORE!!! Bravo Monica! You nailed it!! If you love teenage angst, this is the book to pick up RIGHT NOW!!
